1. Platform Purpose

Our platform is a digital marketplace designed to connect Main Contractors, Suppliers, Sub-Contractors, and Manpower providers for procurement and business collaboration. We provide tools for posting RFQs, receiving quotations, communication, and profile visibility. We do not directly participate in contractual agreements between users.

2. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing false or misleading information.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate product, pricing, and business information
• Respond to inquiries professionally and honestly
• Comply with applicable local laws and regulations
• Avoid posting misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful content

Any misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Subscription & Payments

Subscription plans are available for Main Contractors to access premium features. Suppliers may create a profile at no cost and may choose to boost visibility through paid options. All subscription fees are billed as per the selected plan and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Quotations & Transactions

The platform facilitates the exchange of quotations between users. We are not responsible for pricing accuracy, product quality, delivery performance, or contractual disputes between contractors and suppliers. All commercial agreements are made directly between users.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including design, branding, logos, software, and system architecture, is the intellectual property of the company. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any part of the platform without written consent.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Use the platform for unlawful activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Upload harmful code or malicious software
• Misrepresent business credentials
• Circumvent subscription or payment systems

Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for business losses, indirect damages, project delays, or disputes arising from interactions between users.
